They're riding on tracks. But the owner of the vid already answered that for you. The water is also much cleaner than it looks. It's simply dyed green.

QUESTION - are these real boats sailing ? or are they riding an underwater track ?
(if it sails, it means the skipper has to navigate and narrate at the same time without crashing into the props, right ?)
