why does every one keep compairing Tool and Chevelle? There music styles are completly different... its like compairing Garth Brooks to Coldplay.... it just doesnt make any sense... i am a huge fan of tool, and Chevelle is up there too. But why does it matter if their voices are similar?

Tool is so much better than Chevelle, but that is not meant to put Chevelle down in any manner. They are still a pretty kick ass band

yaaa im gonna have to go ahead an disagree on that..no one, and i mean no one could ever sound like maynard..there's just no way, hes got an unbelieveable voice..this guys good, but shit.not that good.

im not sure about this but in a different video they said he screams like maynard (TOOL/APC) but in some notes he does sound like maynard...
