the amount of electricity required, at best, merely equals the output of this device; and that's assuming that 100% efficiency is reached. This isn't really practical since you don't actually "gain" any energy out of it. Your starting reactants are the same as your ending products meaning that nothing was lost or gained. It's called conservation of energy, you morons.
