It is very true that chakra is connected to ninjutsu, but there are other chakras, as the others explain, that balance your mind, enhance healing, and even awaken your psychic ability. Everyone has psychic ability, even you do. You just have to unlock it. Please don't leave rude, judgemental comments like this, because it really hurts the feelings of whoever made the video.
