a true hero, and an example for all of us. this guy gave up all his worldly possesions (besides his glasses,spoon,cup,and afew other things)for the service of all mankind. i mean, who nowadays would do something like that? nobody i know. i tried to eat nothing but rice for a while and i didnt even last a week!

FACT: Gandhi went on hunger strike when came to know that lower castes follower of Ambedkar are to convert to Sikhism. Gandhi made sure that they stay hindus and stay lowest of low just changed the name and called them Harijans. Yes he was a hypocrite.

Gandhi was truly an international citizen with no boundaries physical or mental. He was totally fearless. He trusted and loved British as much as he loved Indians. He lived free till his last breath was taken away by an assassin's bullet. His life and teachings show us a clear way to lasting peace in this world.
