In my opinion, i believe the bus driver was a little too rough, but the boy should've received some sort of punishment for harassing the driver, but not a chokehold to the neck. What people need to realize what kind of pussy society we live in, 50 yrs ago a child wouldn't dare to even say something like that. Thats why we see more and more dumbasses getting sent to delinquency campus because of how cocky and stupid they really are...

"You idiot, you CANT do something like that! No matter how rude they are." No you can't, and it's a crying shame. Thirty years ago, it was perfectly acceptable for a responsible adult (teacher/ police officer/ school bus driver) to give a kid a good clout round the ear if they misbehaved, which is why 30 years ago you wouldn't have got 7th-graders calling their bus driver a motherfucker. I always used to be against corporal punishment, it's kids like this that have made my attitude change.

Although it was still pretty stupid of the driver to manhandle the kid like that with the CCTV camera rolling...
